COMMERCIAL, LARGE LOSS & COMPLEX APPRAISALS
Fees are determined based upon:
• Scope of loss
• Property type
• Number of inspections
• Experts involved
• Anticipated complexity
Commercial, large-loss, multi-day, or unusually complex matters are individually quoted to ensure the fee appropriately reflects the scope of the assignment.

Service Fee
Additional inspection after initial inspection $700 plus travel, if applicable
Deposition $400/hour (2-hour minimum)
Trial testimony $400/hour (4-hour minimum)
Extensive post-award work requested by the parties Hourly or flat fee by agreement
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties:
* Umpire fees are divided equally between the parties.
* An invoice will be issued upon completion of the appraisal and issuance of the
appraisal award. Payment is expected upon receipt. Any invoice remaining unpaid
more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date may be assessed a $100.00 late
administrative fee, together with interest on the unpaid balance at the maximum
rate permitted by applicable law.
