Hourly Representation — per hour
Legal advice, disputes, negotiations, litigation, and ongoing representation are generally handled on an hourly basis.
Flat-Fee Services
For certain clearly defined legal matters, a flat fee may be available for document preparation, reviews, legal analysis, and other specific projects.
Contingency-Fee Representation
Personal injury and certain other claims may be accepted on a contingency-fee basis. Attorney's fees are paid from the recovery rather than billed hourly, subject to the written fee agreement.
