Arbitration matters are billed on an hourly basis to reflect the unique nature of each dispute. Unlike appraisal umpire assignments, arbitration proceedings can vary significantly in complexity, hearing length, number of witnesses, and the volume of evidence presented. Hourly billing provides flexibility while ensuring fees are proportionate to the work required.
